I am a novice tube hobbyist. Nytone is a Japanese amp.It was not working when I purchased it.I recapped it,replaced tubes and resistors ,and replaced the power cord and broken fuse. The tubes heat up but it still does not work. I connected my 8 ohm speakers to the 8 ohm screw and the common. No sound at all.I searched for a schematic and manual but was unable to find anything. I need some suggestions to point me in the right direction. See picture of wiring.
Follow Ups:
Found a couple schematics on the Net. Seems fairly typical circuitry.
Thanks for the reply. The model is a NS-100.
Upload schematic and measure DC voltages on output tube grid, anode and cathode, members will respond and assist.
Does not look UL approved.
doesn't look like the schematic needed to make suggestions either

Can't imagine what a schematic for that would look like...
Seeing that its from Japan people will look at it like its a Artisan work hand crafted by some eccentric Japanese audiophile who spends weeks hand winding transformers.
Put a Made In China sticker on the exact same thing and you couldn't pay someone to take it.
By the looks of the power cord (and lettering on it), along with other components within, this amp appears to have had open heart surgery more than once!
Gee, that is old! I bet you there's a lot of lead in that solder, too.
