Hello,
Does anyone know how to make a Bryston 4bsst2 sounding clearer and cleaner expecially on mid-bass and bass frequencies ?
I thank for your help.

Power cord!
The vast majority of my experience shows power cords make basically marginal sonic impact on power amplifiers when compared to the same used on CD Players, DAC, preamps, etc., with a Bryston 4B (sorry don't remember which exactly but certainly no older than ST) being a notable exception. The first hand change I witnessed swapping a power cord literally shocked me ... change was for the better!
Short’s the best position they is. Bullet in the Brain
Yes sell it and buy a decent sounding amplifier,
Try placing the Ceraball or symposium rollerblocks Jr (tungsten carbide balls) underneath your Bryston. I have tried it with good effect. I have the 4bsst. Sometimes, your preamp might be the culprit. I change my preamp to ARC LS26 and the sound opens up.
If you want clarity then a power conditioner is what to get.
The Pangea AC9 powercord is good too.The Bryston is/can be a clean and clear amp. it is what is fed to it.

In the UK power conditioners are totally useless in most cases, furthermore do not waste money on expensive power cords all you need is a good heavy duty one.
i would not desire to be "bolshy" but i have found "not so good" responses between those that use a consitioner. Even you on Audiogon seem uncertain on effects of your Furman
Say hypothetically, If you change the preamp, and discover now it has more clarity, but less bass, or better PRAT, but at the same time seems thick.
All changes bring some sort of tradeoffs. Rare to have any change be wholly great.
Even when folks gush this new thing is perfect.. IMO: it is only perfect to them, the flaws are things they do not care about, and usually ignore.
I agree putting an amp on a conditioner has tradeoffs.
YOUR quest seemed to want what this particular tradeoff gives.
Otherwise i would not have suggested it to you.
If you want greater clarity in the bass, and eliminate woolly or thick bass, then Hell Yeah you want a power conditioner.
Just my opinion.
I have not preamp i drive the bryston directly from dac (Mytek 8x192. My speakers are Usher 718Be and front end is a computer with berkeley USB interface.
Depends - did you have this problem with your stereo before you had the Bryston? If not then it's the amp.
As for saying it can't be the amp - sure it can. I was looking to buy a Bryston pre/pro commbo - I heard an 8 Watt SET on the same system in the same room and the latter had deeper bass, clearer everything and could play at lower volumes "cleanly" while with Bryston's combo I felt the need to crank it up to make things out properly. Perhaps high negative feedback was the problem.
Regardless, the main thing is to be sure it's the amp's fault and not the speaker/source.
Change speakers. Or preamp. Or source. Or cables. Or room treatment.
Seriously, amp is not the problem, you have to investigate other causes, as noted above.
The power amp is not the problem there.

as I have found Bryston amps (I have owned many of them since the 80's) to do very good job with bass
...sell it to someone else and replace it.

Don't worry about avoiding temptation. As you grow older, it will avoid you.

I have to say that SST2 are very good and smooth amps, albeit fairly expensive. l
have you in mind any brands to advice me ?
I am using audience powerchord. I have also try with naim powerline and harmonic tech ac10. Overall, the audience is the better cable. The naim pc will have an immediate and forward sound. The HT will be slightly lean at the mid bass. The audience is neutral with good mid bass bloom
Yes try the new Quad QSP review on Positive Feedback Online, IMO best amp for the money, and far better than some more expensive amps a neutral accurate sounding amplifier, well designed casework.

If it must be SS, the other brands I have heard that sound pretty good are:
Plinius
McCormack
Coda
