Actually the spacers, -or shims under the Rega arm is not a problem, they are nothing more then a washer, of varying thickness to raise the arm, so that the cart. can work. The trueth is, Rega made their arms to accomadate their carts. Their philosophy is, the stiffness and solidarity of the arm is more important then VAT adjustments.
