Your understanding is more complete than mine, I figured the entire justification was the high price of recreational boating.
Glad to hear of the enjoyment created by this product, but it is not for me. I have the original old vinyl and a player that doesn't wear out records, unlike some of the more technically oriented folks who are much more hard core in their playback demands. The only possible interest for me would be as an object of curiosity , I already have the music, and a reshuffle of the mix makes my wallet say "meh......."
As an object of curiosity, I would consider "dirt sounds" from small world records before another Sgt. peppers pressing. A tribute to the beach boys, limited pressing of 100, @$100 a copy. A certain controversial buying decision, and probably worth more later on , hopefully, because it won't be a favored musical treat.
