I had the same experience. I was looking at buying a used Oracle and the technical that contacted me was so encouraging and helpful that I was further excited to make a deal for this TT. Unfortunately, it had been sold months ago. I was disappointed but I believe the guy at Oracle that I was dealing with was even more so. Seems like a really great company.
