My audiophile friend Joe turned me on, to the HFT Silverstar. If anything, he undersold it. Whether used in a preamp or other electronic component, the HFT Silverstar is very good, at maintaining image focus, resolution, treble extension, and speed with control.
My Simaudio gear uses small, slow-blo, 0.2A fuses. I do have other after-market fuses, including HFT's. But the Silverstar consistently makes the others sound technicolored, bloated, unsure, and missing the mark.
