Cpwill: thank you for your post it is much appreciated. It has been my experience that colour additives many of which are mineral based can have in some cases noticeable impacts upon dielectrics in practical use both in how they impact the physical characteristics of the insulation and in how they sound.
I hope that you do some experimenting on your own and see just what can be achieved to make substantial improvements in your own system at a fraction of the cost of many of the generally accepted tweaks available. Forgive me if I failed to appreciate your humor, I find I tire of comments so often made by those who neither know nor care to know yet seem so willing to troll. They will complain that things cost too much yet also complain when almost free option are offered. Some will make little of others who have often made considerable efforts at their own expense and yet who are willing to share finding on public forums. Their jokes and ridicule are not deserved nor appreciated when nothing but kindness has been extended to them. Differences of opinion and even disagreements are fine and should lead to open discussion from which all may benefit.
