That is what I thought as long as it doesn't exceed the 20 amp load rating and it is wired appropriately. The amplifier is only 60/90wpc into 8/4 Ohm respectively which is @ 1/10th the rated load of the switch.

Just wanted to make sure it won't hurt the power amp by "unplugging it" if it happens to be on.
