Low frequencies need a lot more power. So the tweeter really uses only a tiny fraction of the total. However the midrange, depending on the crossover points may really need a lot more than 25 watts..
So I would say as a general thing NO to the low powered midrange amp.
100 watts would be way better for the midrange, with the 200 to the woofer, and 25 to the tweeter.
