I find the Furutech GTX NCF AC outlet to sound streamlined, with an expanded soundstage, especially with a gold Furutech FI-50(G) AC plug, while the Oyaide R1 is comparatively fatter sounding to my ear, with a more subdued treble energy, and a bigger bottom-end. Rather than the Oyaide R1, I think the Oyaide R0 AC outlet would provide what you seek, since it mates very well with the Furutech FI-50 AC plug, with plenty of delicate detail and extended treble. The Oyaide R0 is definitely not a fat sounding AC outlet, IME.
