I'd vote Shop Made.
There's no badge or nameplate. The screws used as feet look out of place and.
Having said that, the visible fillet welds look OK, as does the finish.
One thing I'm reasonably certain of and that's those stands will be heavier than hell.
I'd estimate the 4 columns as either 3x3 or 4x4 square structural tubing. Using 4x4 column size, it looks like the base and top plate are 12" sq. by guessing 3/8 thk. That's 15.3 lbs. each, 30.6 lbs per stand.
Let's say the legs are 18 in. long and 4x4x1/4" @ 12.21 lbs./ft. That would be 73.26 lbs. for all 4.
73.26 + 30.6lbs. = 103.86 lbs ea.
Using 10x10x1/4 plates and 3x3x3/16 columns, they would still be 55 lbs ea.
