Hi,I would like to do some tube rolling in my Conrad Johnson CAV 50.
Can anyone tell me what the sonic differences (in general) are between EL34, KT 88, KT 77, KT 66, 5881 and 6550?
Or maybe guide me to a website that deals with this.
I am not dissatisfied with my CAV 50 using EL34s, but I just would like to know what other output tubes would work in my CAV 50 AND what different sonic characteristics these tubes usually bring with them.
