Thanks Rocket. I don't have much of 6SN7 vintage around for comparison, but I'm looking forward to it.
You're right, the prices are ungodly high for the NOS stuff, from $300 to $1000. I couldn't believe my eyes when trying to buy a pair of Ken-Rads. I have only one pair of Sylvania GTBs from '56 I believe, and to me they're not even close.
Going to monitor ebay until something comes up.
