I find it hard to believe that all six would be gassy.
It is possible that it is an artifact of the TV-7 test conditions.
I recently had two 45 Globes that showed high grid emission (usually a sign of gas) on my Amplitrex AT-1000. When I tested the same tubes on my Westmore 501 and Hickok 752A, there was virtually no gas/grid emission.
By coincidence, I am supposed to receive a freshly refurbed (by Dan Nelson) TV-7D early next week (with digital meter :).
I have some 6N23P (rocket logo) laying around.
Once I have a chance to set up the TV-7D, I will try to test a few and see what happens.
