Did you ever put all tubes from Right to the left side ?
If the tubes are unstable when moved to the left side some of them are broken and should be replaced.
If, on the other hand the tubes from the right hand when moved to the left are stable then you have a problem with the amp's right side.
If the tubes are to blame, get new matched sextet to the right side. Don't
save any of them as spares they will bite you later, junk them !
