A couple of years ago I purchased an amp from Radu Tarta. It is a Single Ended EL34 that outputs about 5 Wpc. It's excellent - outstanding components, terrific construction and it looks great. I'm pairing it with Radu's DHT "Shiny Eyes" preamp but I bet that Radu would be happy to make one for you as an integrated unit. Here's a picture of the unit.
