Those tubes were old stock, produced in the old Soviet era. The supply has been heavily depleted so that's why I and some others no longer have them yo offer. The remaining stock is being sold in small quantities as opposed to the situation 7-8 years ago when you could purchase 100s of them at a time.
BTW, the current version of the tube is the Sovtek 5881/6L6WGC. You can still buy the tube albeit under its new number.
