With so many sales shouldn't he be able to discern the true source of his tubes and describe them more accurately?
It would encourage me more to do business with him if he said: "These are _ _ _ _ manufactured tubes labeled as _ _ _ _."
His being vague is kinda like the shell game to me. Where is the pea, what is the pea?
Wouldn't work on most of us here but for the less informed they might think: "Maybe these are genuine _ _ _ _ tubes and I'm getting a great deal." I think that this is what he's up to. Be vague enough to encourage impulse/uninformed buying but with just enough info so he can deny being fraudulent.
