RE: Giving up on Harbeth speakers

There are many things to like about Harbeths - I think they are justly loved for their mids and voice reproduction. They rarely offend with their somewhat relaxed demeanour.
I spent 12 years with 3 different Harbeth models and I certainly enjoyed them.
However hearing a some ATC's clarified what I was missing out on with the Harbeths - a more dynamic, punchy and life like sound that was at home with any genre of music and wrapped around an equally compelling midrange.
