Now that's the Kevin Deal I have known. I am very sorry that this whole thing couldn't have been handled better by both parties. But Kevin has come through as I knew he eventually would. Like I said before, he has always been more than fair with me in all our transactions. As for being a little less than cordial at times, hey we all have bad days. But in the end Kevin has handled this thread like a gentleman. Upscale Audio and trim their staff are not a bunch of ass scratchers😜
