Yesterday, my friend went to San Francisco's Land's End, checked Rocky Road, and was mad that we did not cite the 35th anniversary of the release of Cherrelle's "Saturday Love." Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis wrote and produced "Saturday Love," then repeated the formula, on The S.O.S. Band's Sands Of Time. Thus, the Fall 1985 semester had you swaying to "Saturday Love," and then you were in a similar groove in Spring 1986, with The S.O.S. Band's "The Finest," which we'll commemorate next year :-)
