I am going to come across being an ass here, but it is not personally, it is disappointment.
One of the reasons there may be no Jazz forum is because the catch all music forum for all intensive purposes appears to be a private forum. There seems to be a small group of guys ( I mean guys, like no gals) , enjoying their own inside references and jokes ( I think they are jokes).
It's thick in here fellas, no fun. There does seem to be some good information in here though, I also am not cool enough to get what he you all are talking about. I want to go home and not have to worry about if the smart kids are going to make fun of me for saying. I loved number 10 (k Jarrett Koln) on this list, in an earlier post, where I also, gulp, mentioned Jerry Garcia (I really only went to under 50 shows, I was confused) and Led Zeppelin (look, I smoked a lot of pot in high school, and college, and I guess my 20s also, but then I very slowly slowed down).
Flame away if you feel the need. I really deserve to be ignored. Peace.
