I too have a CTA80 and the pots in mine are noisy but they don't cause me particular problems. I thought about replacing them and, like you, could not find an exact match. The pots in mine are bourns conductive plastic but the look different to the ones in yours, mine have blue bodies (my CTA80 is likely a prototype/pre-production version). From the part code you can work out the value and the taper and then you can find a substitute from Bourns or Alps or someone else. Part of the detailed code number will be about the type of terminals and the dimensions - you probably don't need an exact match there.
