I thought it might be a brand when I first noticed it a year or so ago. But I see it pop up quite a bit in item descriptions while browsing on eBay.

I typed fever grade in the search and the link below will show how it is used with reference to electrical components and parts too. (Ignore the items that are truly/literally fever related.
