I didn't read your prior post carefully enough to see that you rip only the CD layer.

The way DACs keep changing these days it doesn't make sense to spend a lot of money on them. I'm very happy with my Mytek, as I'm sure you're happy with your Topping. My next focus is on upgrading my speakers, as I think that's the weakest link in the chain.
