Hope link worked, showing Nov 2016, remarkable traffic.
I worked for 2 months as a resident at the UCLA Wadsworth Hospital, and would wait til after 730 pm to go to a relative's place. I would peek out the library window, and if the traffic south was less, I could go.
Now one would wait til after 11 pm on Fridays, maybe later.
