As is typical, I was out to lunch and resolved the problem about 1:45PM. Periodically, we get overwhelmed usually by automated queries from Russia or China. If it just takes forever to respond and you get that message, it's probably just a temporary overload. If it's a consistent error, that what I need to see and it's most helpful to grab a screen shot showing both the url and exact error massage.
