Generally streaming services charge in the currency that relates to the subscriber's DNS ( not cookies) at the point of subscription.
So you won't normally be able to get e.g. the USA subscription rate in the UK. You could try using a VPN but the monthly cost of this will outweigh the saving.
If you subscribe e.g. in, say, Germany but use in the UK to get a Euro rate then this is OK if you don't mind then getting Tidal in German. And of course you are betting on a Euro being worth less than a pound. So ,depending on your travel arrangements, only try this in the USA or RoI.
In any case I have no idea why you would want the comparatively crude Tidal compared to Qobuz which you can get in the UK. Still, your choice.
