I've decided to push my budget a little bit, so to include other higher-end contenders. Now I'm between these three:
1) Schiit Bitfrost with 4490 upgrade
2) Teac UD-501
3) Burson Conductor (with Sabre 9018 chip)
4) Marantz HD-DAC1 (DSD capable)
