Jaws dropped and socks gone aside, which can be attributed to a deficiency in the writer's craft, the Stereophile pieces read like evangelizing, promotional pieces, not meticulous reporting. But why? For what reason would Stereophile publish pieces that read like that? Particularly since, much to JA's credit, they don't (unlike TAS) accept sponsored content?
