Cambridge Audio DacMagic 100 has 4 clocks.

12MHz (probably for USB interface chip)

13MHz (???)
11.2896MHz (perhaps for 44.1kHz source)
24.576MHz (perhaps for 48kHz source)

Why is there a clock generating 13MHz?
