RE: High quality pure copper male and female spade connectors and fuse holders

The terminals you have linked to will not be found in pure copper, at least I don't see how they can be. They rely on the springy quality of brass to maintain pressure against their mate. I have seen some gold plated but they would be worse than plain brass!

Brass is often plated in nickel before it's gold plated. The nickel coating is used before the gold is applied because it polishes up nicely for a good looking finish.

Material IACS % Conductivity
Silver 105
Copper 100
Gold 70
Aluminum 61
Nickel 22
Zinc 27
Brass 28
Iron 17
Tin 15
Phosphor Bronze 15
Lead 7
Nickel Aluminum Bronze 7
Steel 3 to 15

With the low conductivity of Brass and Nickel at 28% and 22% respectively. I certainly don't want those things anywhere near my kit.

What do you have against soldering directly to the speaker terminal? By doing so you can avoid introducing 3 dissimilar metals into the signal path.
