An additional question here, please.
My speaker cable is (AQ)factory terminated with banana plugs but now I wish to change my amplifier which can accept only spades. I have some good quality WBT spades too. The question is whether I should remove the banana plugs from the cables and reterminate with the spades, or not being an expert in such things, is it safe to just plug in the banana into the spades and use them without disturbing the factory termination? I am not sure whether this will work.
