There is however the Digital establishment that does everything it can to crush analog and for some strange reason you do not care.Anyway I promised to post the links today and I feel bad that I had to break my promise. I believe a promise is a promise and I do not take my responsibilities lightly.

Their trying to crush analog formats because they cost more to produce. The very reason we ended up with redbook cd to begin with.
Warehouse Records in Reno and Sparks in the mid 80's quit selling LPs when LPs were outselling CDs 4:1 because the had a lower profit margin, had more returns, and took up more floor space. Which means CDs made them more money even if they sold half as many recordings overall. The idea was to push the non-adapters into accepting CDs by making their LPs scarce. It was a crime against music lovers everywhere.
