of Kenny Rogers' The Gambler.Linda Ronstadt's Simple Dreams is a great LP both musically and sonically, however it has a couple of scratches that I didn't notice when I bought it at the thrift store. I didn't look close enough I guess as they are audible.
Not as impressed with Rolling Stones' Tattoo You as when I first got it. It only sounds fair but better than any Rolling Stones' LP I yet heard, so I guess I have to accept it for what it is, totally mint and also a 50 cent thrift store find.
The Kenny Rogers' The Gambler on MFSL is to die for, it is simply beautiful and Kenny's voice is full and deep. This one was from eBay for $9.99 + 4.00 shipping (=) $13.99 and is also stone mint both LP and cover.

Follow Ups:
I have been slowly accumulating and adding to my excellent Ronstadt collection. Heart Like a Wheel and others from her pop stuff, particularly the banjo of Herb Pedersen and her band are great demos for folks unitiated into high end reproduction. They are shocked by the clarity of these standard LP's.I love her Nelson Riddle series with jazz orchestra also, same reasons and great records. I have a new Mexican genre one which I haven't sampled (sealed). Sealed MFSL What's New also.
Just dumb luck probably but all of our Rondstadt LPs seem to have been mastered by Doug Sax and they all sound great to me!
The What's New is the standard LP not the MFSL you have and it sounds better than the 192kHz 24 Bit DVD-Audio version which I have sold. Both LPs were from thrift stores. Thanks I will look for her other LPs.

now I remember you posting on it in the past.
I seem to be attracted to the "Some Girls" LP.
