One of These Nights. on the original Asylum label is a real treat.Spinning it now on the ol' table with new Shure, breaking that thing in. :-)
Follow Ups:
I recently found in excellent condition the double album "Eagles Live" for 50 cents at Half Price Books. Very well recorded and performed.
e.g. "Don Henley Must Die!"So I'll say it. :-)
Dylan had some interesting things to say about the Eagles in
that interview. Basically that they were so proficient as
musicians you could predict everywhere they were going. That
he liked surprises and space in records. But I think they still have the best selling record of all time
I love Don Henley's voice and Hotel California is really
something. One of my best college buddies was an Eagles nut.
Of course I was a Dylan nut so who is to say who is right.
Actually nobody has to be right

Is this the CD or vinyl? I looked up Rhino's website and didn't see it listed but as part of a CD box set.I was playing the original Asylum vinyl pressing. The blue cloud label with the embossed cover and opening at the top.
