I'm in the process of selling some of my high-value LPs on Ebay and am accepting international bidders.Any advice on shipping LPs internationally? Are the typical LP shipping boxes adequate?
Thanks,

I use boxes from Bags Unlimited and use two cardboard "stuffers" for one LP and three for 2 lps. I place the LP in its new inner sleeve outside of the jacket and then place both inside an outer poly sleeve. Sandwich them between the cardboards and seal. I have sent LPs all over the world and nary a complaint

Agree with post below - LP out of sleeve.I make two rigid 13" squares out of corrugated cardboard.
Each one is itself made from 2 squares, taped togther, oriented at 90 degrees to each other. The result is quite amzazingly strong and stiff
Once the LP(s) are snugly sandwiched between them you'd have to try very hard indeed to bend or damage them.
Prevents the covers from being split. Include a square of cardboard in the package for extra ridgidy and make it overwise, so if corners do get bent, its just the packaging, not the record.
