And pretty easy to find when you stride up North along coastal route 1.
A nice little place with nice rock, jazz and classical vintage pieces, cleanly classified and in poly outer sleeves.
I found the prices very OK too. Got stone NM+ "Get Yer Ya-Yas Out", US London mid-to-late '70s reissue, and stone NM+ "Rough Mix" (Pete Townshend and Ronnie Lane), also a reissue (beige Atco label), each one for 4 US$.

Crank up your talking machine, grab a jar of your favorite "kick-back", sit down, relax, and let the good times roll. The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.

First time I saw a man wearing a bikini bottom (meat hanger) was Old Orchard Beach in 1970.

but the biggest influx seems to be students at the ever-expanding UNE. Particular PITA for me, as I have to drive past the school to get to my cottage on Hill's Beach. I'll be up there in 2 weeks, scouring the shops for musty old vinyl, regardless.
Yeewww... Much too sensitive for that!!
I have no idea if French Canadians still invade Old Orchard like in the old days...
I actually haven't been there since 1969 myself! I had a great time. But now we much prefer Ogunquit (45 min. drive South from OOB) and its sinuous "Marginal Way", breathtaking seaside views, and wild rose beds.
We apparently have to drive around a bit for some vinyl action... But I haven't been able to check out some of the local thrift shops yet.
Thanks. I will be in Biddeford next weekend. I will definitely check it out.

and hope to do a tour up through Maine in September when the family is up for a vacation. I've been in New England for almost 9 years and only been as far as York.

Thanks! I've heard of this place. It does sound promising. I usually hit Bull Moose in Salem and Portsmouth.
Nice!
"Rough Mix" is an awesome record and recording!
I have the UK press on Polydor.
