I was going to take some 12” coax speaker pairs to the swap meet at Kutztown. Can you tell me which ones to keep? I have not had time to try all these but could use some room. Any information would be appreciated.Jensen Sigma SG223
Heathkit AS183 Beige and rust color
Lafayette AK217 Made in England
Jensen Duax
University Series 200
EV Michigan MT12
University 6201
EV Wolverene LT12
EV 12 TRXB
Follow Ups:
Normally I would say keep the LT12 but since the TRXB is better you should probably ditch the Wolverene. I'd make sure that lt SK217 is not Tannoy or Goodman before you sell it. Make sure the Heathkit is not an Altec too.If it were me I'd make some open baffles with a 12" hole and let my ears decide!
T guess the lafayette is a Goodmans. I think the Heath is a Jensen. I know I have a few more pairs but where are they?
You are welcome! Do you know which Goodman it is? Goodmans are very well thought of on the other side of the pond!
I can not find a cross for them but they are being spared from this cut. I am packing enough pairs and some singles to make some shelf space in here. The object is to get more room to enjoy what I already have. (And to make room to haul in new stuff as it becomes available)I do appreciate the help, I am feeling a little clostrophobic
Not... Lafayette AK217 Made in England.I guess with a name like Al Nico this is like parting with family.
Definetly keep the EV 12 TRXB. Great speakers.
