I will give them a listen. I don't you to hurt your ears. It is great that you got pairs. I like to measure the current draw of the tubes and mutual conductance for the good feeling of how much of the tube life is left or how well matched it is depending on its use.

  Local custom's paper stamps are intact, as you can see, so it is a
  fact these tubes have not been lit for more than a couple of minutes,
  at most.
  Anyway, I do not need pairs since my 2A3 will only use one of these!
  For the record I paid around $9 each.
