I don't know about anyone else but this BIG white background is really tiring on my eyes and I can only handle the asylum for so long.
I surf a couple of sites that have the black background with white text and this seems to work really well, and bodes for extended reading sessions.... I am voicing something that probably no one really realises, that is until it is changed and then everyone will be piping in with. why wasn't this done before...
for all you hippies out there try Erowid.com, ahhh so easy on the eyes...

One of my projects is cleaning up and rewriting the code base for the user registration and maintenance. As part of that update, I plan to implement user selectable style sheets. This would allow you to select at least a few options for background colors and fonts.

Can't agree.

  I'm dissapointed that you don't agree, the bottlehead page is MUCH easier on the eyes, especially for a good reading session...
  How about posting this to get a general consensus from the lunatics, if they agree then I'll be surprised...
