Looking at the specs it sound like your dealing with problems with your room.
How big is your room? It it's to small, you may not be able to get the responce that your looking for.
The hump is probably a placement problem. Have you messed around with room placement at all?
You could also need to play around with the xo frequency. You might be overlapping your mains to much.?
Maybe nothing. Depends on the woofer Thiele/Small parameters. It may be that the response you're getting is the only thing that woofer is capable of giving. You could lower the enclosure tuning by putting in a longer port, but the response may sag before the woofer rolloff. Or you could use an equalizer. I'd suggest experimenting with placement.
I am going to buy some Acousta Stuf stuffing material... i'll see what this stuff does after i install it. Its suppose to deepen bass.
Increasing the amount of stuffing in a sealed enclosure will make it appearlarger acoustically, but the net effect in a ported enclosure is negligible. If you do decide to put more fill into the enclosure, don't obstruct the vent and keep the fill away from the woofer.
My room is very small... 9x10 with 7-8 feet ceiling. Bad acousticsAny ways... i am going to see if by stuffing the subwoofer with acousta stuf if it will do anything... i email klipsch about doing this and they said it won't do harm; just don't touch the amplifier with the stuf.
