This is considered the upper limit, not the lower figures as quoted by distinguished fellow inmates.Of course, to get to this age the furry one would have to have lived someting of a charmed life.
Our deaf guy (yep, stone deaf; as a doorpost; as a pumpkin; as anything you can think of) is 16 and going strong. Being deaf and pure white he has been kept inside and given supervised release into minimal sunshine (avoiding cars, dogs and cancer).
