I can't seem to get my machine to get its screens to enable this type of recording. How does it work? Thanks.
Follow Ups:
You need to format the DVRA1000's DVD+RW disk specifically for DSD recording.Place a new, unformatted DVD+RW in the DVRA-1000
When it asks if you want to format the disk, choose 'Yes'
Then you are presented with the three line display
Format Type
Project name
Sample Rate/FormatChoose 'Full';'Whatever name you like' and 'DSD', respectively
Hit 'Enter' and you're on your way.
Best,
Appreciated.Raanan
i don't claim to have the last word on this but i remember reading that the DVRA1000 recorded analog to DSD on a writable DVD...whose files could be imported into a PC.
Yes, these files can be imported into the PC via the USB cable. You can only play DSD files using either a Pyramix DSD or Sonoma Workstation. I do this all the time.
Bruce, is your homepage working? The link you supplied did'nt work for me?
Thanks,
Rick
That's what I read too,but I can't get my machine so far to do this.
