I would never use UPS in New Mexico! Brutal............
They left a package on my doorstep. It jammed the door so we couldn't get out and I had to climb though the window--lucky we don't live on the third floor. The package, as it turns out, was for a guy who lives in the next block. Our surnames and the street names aren't even remotely similar, but at least they got the number right!

While I feel bad that anyone would suffer equipment damage from rough handling in shipment, I think we get the point already. ;-)
