My CDR-795 crapped after about 15-months so I guess you're lucky. Goes through all the motions but without any result.Anyway - try unplugging the unit for a minute or two. This may restore the default memory settings and cure your problem.

Follow Ups:
Tried disconnection, actually just shutting off the power strip. For 1 minute,no,2 minutes no,45 minutes, nada.Take it get fixed or junk it,what should I do?
in our Guest room just in case. Plays back - that's it! Laser repair generally costs more than they are worth. As for Philips "quality", do a search at Hi-Rez for SACD-1000.
