I have a pair of Klipsch Heresys that I will play around with. Like you, I bought them at a price so low; I could not leave them behind. There is a notch filter that is supposed to take the hump out of the squawker. I don't think it will replace my Spendors but they might be fun with my Dynaco SCA-35, Pioneer Tube integrated and Scott 222D amps.
