Yes!....the Harbeth M40.1 loudspeaker was better

than the Dynaudio C-1 when we compared them driven by Ayre Reference system such as the KXR, MXR, C-5xe, P-5xe and Ayre DPS Turntable.

However, I was just at my friend's house yesterday listening to Focal JM Labs Alto Utopia BE speakers driven by Krell EVO 402, EVO 202 preamp and Wadia 581se. As good as the Harbeth/Dynaudio C-1 and Ayre system combo the Focal JM Labs Alto Utopia BE Krell/Wadia combo was much better in every aspect of reproduction of the recorded music.


Of course YMMV.
