It really depends on your speaker.

All of those amps paired with the wrong speaker will sound like crap. If you say "10wpc or more", that usually means that you are certain that the 8 watts a 300b would give you would not work at all. This says to me that you have an inefficient speaker with a lumpy impedance than needs a 100+ wpc SS amp. To get twice as loud as an 8 watt amp you need an 80 watt amp.

Start with the speaker. If you have a $50,000+ budget, you should be able to figure it out.
