"LOL Its called screwing the system and a major problem with what wrong with the country and most on headfi are very young and sadly morons most of them they listen with graphs and dont know what a recording really should sound like and most of them are pure slackers playing music all day and we wonder why the US in shambles look at these kids today and reading their post over there gives you an idea what we are in store for. SAD Indeed. They think they know it all too and never really open for experienced advice from us old war horses. "

Wow!

I have been in world class electronics manufacturing plants all over the world. In the majority of them they allow the workers to listen to music. Sometimes with 1 earbud, sometimes allow both - and reserve the right to stop it if it becomes an issue.

I don't like listening to music while at work - but I do have long stretches where I am at a desk on a computer data analyzing so I *could* and it wouldn't be screwing the system. I know of a lot of very productive people that listen to music at work.
